After understanding your BMR, Sila will create a bespoke results-led training plan. Once you have your plan, Sila will be with you every step of the way offering daily/weekly feedback.

Weekly update on your measurements along with a weekly update and photos will be required, from here Silla will work with you and make changes accordingly.
