"I could not have found a better personal trainer than Sila. She put together a programme for me which involved nutrition and exercise. It is challenging to say the least but the results are there: I lost 8KG of fat in our first 2 months together. Sila is super punctual and always available to answer questions and give advice, even out of session hours. She is so knowledgeable and encourages you to push your limits without being harsh. I will keep training with her even when I reach my fitness goals."
