Offering an energetic and enjoyable personal training experience for people who are serious about improving their health and bodies. My love for sport began at an early age by competing in number of disciplines including basketball which I played for Cyprus and Turkey for 7 years. I learned that hard work beats talent, and that nutrition is key to performing your best (whilst still enjoying that glass of wine!).To continue my training later in life I discovered Olympic lifting and that strength and conditioning training was just the challenge I needed to stay motivated and to maintain my overall level of fitness. Fitness is a relatively new science (and it’s constantly evolving) so on-going education and personal practice is what makes a successful trainer. With that in mind I try to read as much as possible and regularly attend courses (I’m a bit of a nerd too).
Carl has been working in the industry for over 13 years now. His experience has taken him all over the world from London to Canada. During this time he’s been lucky enough to work with some of the best in the industry, fine tuning his techniques. Growing up in West Ireland with eight siblings, we played outdoors from dawn until dusk, ate our greens fresh from mother’s well stocked vegetable garden, fish straight from the Atlantic and milk from our pet goats long before it was fashionable to do so! As a professional model I have come under a lot of pressure over the years to keep very slim which was a catalyst for me to make physical fitness a focus in my life, but in early 2016 I decided to use my personal experiences and knowledge to help others make fitness a way of life and I qualified as a personal trainer.
I now prioritise a healthy body over squeezing into a size 0 dress; which is unfortunately a continual pressure in the fashion industry. I believe we need to keep things real and I have found exercise to be my number one mental and physical saviour in maintaining balance in every aspect of my life and I want to share that with as many people as possible. Given my own personal fitness journey I have the experience to guide you to the best possible YOU and take your life to the next level.
After an accomplished career in boxing, spending seven years as a member of Team GB and winning numerous national and international titles, I decided to try my hand at personal training. I feel that there is no reason why everyday people can’t use training techniques that would usually be used by elite athletes, not only does this style of training have fantastic results, it is also super enjoyable. I incorporate TRX training, kettle-bell training and boxing pad work in many of my sessions. My style of training is that of functionality, I adapt exercises which then allows the client to perform the activities of everyday life more easily and without injury.
After spending a number of years on the gym floor I have learnt that every client is an individual and requires individual solutions to their problems. After assessing the clients personal needs I design a fully personalised program which can address a variety of needs, such as weight loss, body sculpting, injury rehab etc. To truly make a difference to someones overall well-being it is vital to take a holistic approach to their training, this involves nutrition consultation and goal setting.
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2007 and I am lucky to have met such a diverse range of people varying in fitness levels, background and age.

Simi is a Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience. She has been heavily involved in sports and fitness from a very young age. She has been involved with competitive sport from rhythmic gymnastics, football and boxing.
Her unique style of coaching includes influences from a sporting background and trains a variety of clients to achieve their fitness goals. She has trained clientele from High Profile Celebs, Dancers, Athletes to Bankers and New Mothers.
However she specializes in Boxing and Body Transformations. She has worked in some of the most prestigious gyms in London. Her friendly and experienced approach to training means that your programs although tailored to your needs and around your specific goals will always be fun and creative.
